I think I hate my brother? Please help!?

Basically, I think I hate my brother. I'm 15, 2 years older than my brother, yet he acts like he's the boss of me. He can't stop putting me down all the time. He comes and asks me out-of-the-blue, "Why are you so chubby?", and he pinches me. I'm 93 pounds. Just yesterday he asked me why I'm so hairy on my face and 'down there'. I mean EW. Why does he do that? He also makes fun of my height. I'm 5"5 but he makes fun of me for being shorter,

When I retaliate, he tells my Mom and she thinks I'M the bad guy. He says bad words to me, like SMD, SUCK IT but I never tell my Mom, but when I say something back, he tells her! She thinks my brother is so sweet, which he actually was when he was a lot younger but now he's just a big jerk.

He even broke the lock on my diary a few years ago and photocopied pages (where I was angry with my Mom and said I hated her) to show her! He also took pictures of it on his phone as a 'backup'. What kind of a brother is that? I was just 12! He constantly is looking at the history on my Mac, trying to see what I'm doing all the time so he can 'report' me to my Mom.

I never even do anything to him! Just a few weeks ago, he went on my Facebook account and posted 'nipples' on one of my senior's walls! I was so embarrassed because I didn't even know that senior, who was a guy! I wasn't even Facebook friends with him!

I'm not the only one who's pissed at my brother. He almost got expelled from school for plagiarism and got called to the principal's office for called an african-american girl, 'a bald mushroom'. My parents have meetings with his teachers every month because he is failing 3 of his subjects!

I am an Honors student. Not bragging or anything but do you see the difference?

Whenever my parents get mad at him, which is A LOT, they get mad at me too, especially my Mom. I'm scared to come home because he would have made my Mom mad and she'd just yell at me too. They say I teach him bad words and habits, which is his own excuse for his bad behaviour. They shut me out when I try and explain to them that I don't do these things.

I can't stand him anymore. I want to love him but honestly, how can I love a brother like that? I want to change my name and move FAR, FAR, FAR away from him.

What do I do?

I have 6 older brothers so i know what your going through! My brothers are older so that gives them a reason to boss me around. Honestly what ive done in the past which worked and i think u should try is sit down with your brother talk to him ask him why he hates u and does this stuff. Start doing nice things for him and show him u want to have a good relationship with him. And u really do love him. Be there for him and support him. Than if that doesnt work sit down and talk to ur mom in private and tell her the same stuff u posted! Than ask her to talk him for u. Than if that doesnt work go to your best friend and school counselor!! But the first one will most likely work!! Trust me communication is very important in a family!! Its his age to just so you know but he likes to annoy u cuz hes your brother to hin he thinks hes just messing around and making a joke out of if cuz he thinks its funny. Your older u have more power unlike me so sit him down and talk to him explain how he
