I don't want to see any facebook newsfeed on my e-mail. how can I do that?

GO to settings, it will be under the circle on the right. looking similarly to *.

when you enter settings, you will see 1 column on the left side,
it says something like

General
Security
Privacy

and etc

under that column click "Notifications"

That's what you are looking for I think, and there you will see what to do.
