How come on FB some people still dont have timeline?

I didnt download it before it all changed in april and when im on my own profile it's timeline but iv never downloaded it, does this mean that other people see the old profile thing when they click on me or do they see me as timeline?
If so how can i change it to timeline?

PS i ask this because when i click on some people's profile it still hasnt changed to timeline

You see people's wall however they've set it up. If they've turned timeline on, everyone will see their wall as timeline. If they haven't turned timeline on then everyone will see their wall with the old format.

It just means that you have 'automatic download' in your download settings so it automatically changed your account to timeline. This happens usually if you have Facebook App on your phone/iPod/iPhone/iPad etc.. But.your friends that don't have Timeline is because they have to change to Timeline manually and decided that they don't want it. Which is lucky for them because personaly I HATE Timeline and regret getting it.

it depends if you allow timeline to change your profile. When i sign-up for and FB account early this year after i deactivated my previous account it was not on timeline. Getting timeline by your on way take a long process and sometimes complicated to follow. But don't worry it will still came to your profile as a link and just by clicking you will have timeline. Most of my friend complain that timeline is not good, it just make things complicated to monitor friends update. But for me its the best. If you really wanted to get timeline, you can search it on youtube for a step by step screen capture demo

TimeLine, when it was released in FB had a Motive to Help people decorate their Profile page with their Highlight their IRL important events.. Like Photos, Videos..
As time passed, people started hating it.. [Those who doesnt upload much photos -- Full time chatters]

I am a FB user and I remember a small Notice that poped up in my HomePage when I logged in, asking me to click on it for Timeline thing.. Being Lazy and not knowing wut TimeLine was, I clicked on it and Closed it.. Timeline Activated.. This mi8 have happened to you too.. People those who doesn't have Time-Line mi8 not have Clicked on it [More Lazier ]..... So when you view their Profile, you will not see the Timeline but wen they view yours they see TimeLine..
Timeline is not something Downloadable, its saved to your account.. Firefox has some Add-ons to remove the Timeline, only for you.. That is, Wen you view your own or your Friends profile, their wont be any Timeline, but still its like Magic, i.e, virtual type.. For others, it will still stay as it was..

I might be because they haven't published their timeline yet so other people can't see that they have it. That's been the case with a few of my friends.
