If you friend request someone on facebook accidentally and then cancel the Friend request right away will they see that you friend requested them?
what do you mean they will see it in the email adress?
will they see the friend request if my account was deleted?

All posts, comments, tags and friend request activity on Facebook is sent to the email address linked to that account. Basically all activity on wall and friend requests.

Yes, as the request was sent whilst your facebook was still active. There is no way to remove that notification email from their email account, even if you deactivate your Facebook account.

They'll know if they have emails sent to them about Facebook friend requests. Not sure about if you delete your account, though.
