found a false rental listing usting a yahoo account asaphome732@yahoo.com, do you care?

I am a real estate agent. My seller called and said late last night two different people knocked on their door inquiring about the "rental" that was posted on Craigs List. This property is for sale and has never been for rent and certainly wouldn't have ever been at the bogus amount that asaphome732@yahoo.com posted on the site. I have contacted Craigs List and now am trying to alert you to what this address is doing. I will try to reach them myself and see how "helpful" they can be when I inquire to this false posting.

It seems you may be right. The owner of this Yahoo account may be violating the Terms of Service, article 6. Member Conduct.
