Wheat for biofuel market, any help?

I have to do an essay on wheat being grown for biofuel, i have a few aspects i need to talk about and was wondering whether anyone could help me with them..

1. The climate and country in which it is produced
2. The import/export market (including how much is traded locally compared to internationally)
3. The people involved (e.g. farmers, consumers etc.) and any social structures involved (e.g. family groups, cooperatives)
4. Any issues associated with production and any recent changes which has increased sustainability of production


I have quite a few ideas but I am struggling particularly on point 3
