My instagram won't let me do anything?? Help?

Okay so instagram won't allow me to do anything like follow/unfollow anyone, like/unlike photos, it also won't let me post my own photos. Every time I try to this page pops up that tells me to verify my account by entering a captcha or recaptcha..but one never pops up for me to enter. A text box for me to enter it in also doesn't pop up. I've tried logging out and logging back in. I've tried closing out the app and reopening it, I've tried deleting the app and redownloading it, I've tried changing my password, I've tried turning my phone off and back on. I don't know what else to do and it's really frustrating me.
