This random chick who has four mutual friends sent me a friend request and I messaged her and we talked a little then she sent me her number. I texted it and she didn't answer and today she liked two of my status in a row so I messaged her and she just messaged me but idk what to say. Now what? I don't want to be creepy. I assume she wanted to talk to me since she added me.

You do realize this isn't a "random" chick, right? If you have mutual friends, she isn't random. She probably saw your name on her "People you may know" list or she saw your name on the mutual friends' walls.

Just because she added you doesn't mean she wants to chat with you all the time, if ever. There really wasn't a reason to send her a message when she liked your statuses. You're looking like you're desperate. Slow down.
