Help with logging into Facebook? Alternative Email? Trusted Contacts?

I've forgotten my password to my Facebook account and no longer have access to my email account.

I have tried several times to go through the 'reset password' option, and it says it has been successful, but that I need to click on the conformation email to finish.

I have not received any confirmation password email from Facebook. I have tried several times on 2 accounts and even made another hotmail account. No luck.

I have also tried to the 'trusted contacts' route, but as soon as i click 'continue', I simply get the message:

"Your account is temporarily unavailable. Regain access by logging in from a web browser"

and cannot even start the trusted friends process.

Has anyone else had this problem when trying to use 'trusted contacts' as a way to unlock their account??

Please any help would be appreciated, the last thing i want is to loose all access to my Facebook account. Any help would be appreciated

if you cannot access the email account associated with the account, then there is nothing you can do, sorry

you would have to access your email account, try recovering it first

if it tells you to log in from a web browser, then do that - you cannot use your phone for this, you need to use a real computer

If it Says Your Account is Temporarily Unavailable its Possible They May Be Working on your Account and Fixing Some Things Try That Method Again Later

If the Email is Not Working And If Those Methods are not Working than you Wont Be Able to Get Back Into your Account
