How to get a twitter handle?
So I want to change my twitter name and the handle I want is taken but the girl hasn't been on twitter since June of 2011 and she only has 8 followers and all of her posts seem to be spam-like. How do I get her username because she clearly isn't using it. Thanks!!

the only thing you can really do, is report the account as spam, and ask many others to do so and hopefully she gets suspended and deleted. (:
