Is it illegal to post a picture of a painting on Instagram?
I saw a painting in a shop in the mall that I liked so I took a picture of it. Can I post the picture on Instagram or is that illegal or something?

It is perfectly legal to post it on IG. Unless you copy the painting and sold for money, it's not illegal.
