How can I track a photo down without using tineye and google image search????

Hey. I really need your help. So a few days ago, some chick on FB hit up my friend. They spoke on kik, then out of no where, she got mad at him and stop messaging him, also blocked him on FB. So, he thought she was a fake account, sooo, he google image search her photos and used tineye BUT NO RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

How else can we find who these photos belong to?????????????????????????????????????????

Btw: We looked her up on the internet and believe she's fake because we googled her name and we found none of her photos.

First of all, the picture seems to real (at least the meta-information that I was able to extract says that it was taken with a camera, stored on an sd card, and uploaded to a website with the title Profile.jpg)

As for whether the girl in the picture is the person you've been talking to... it's anyone's guess.

Just because searching her name doesn't get you more photos of her, doesn't mean anything. Searching MY name won't get you any photos of me but that doesn't mean I'm not who I say I am, it just means I don't upload lots of photos of myself that are also tagged with my name.
