His friends are prettier than me.?

This guy has been walking me home every day from class. His actions have made it pretty clear that he's interested in me. He's really cute, laid back, and funny.

And I wasn't worried about him being out of my league... until he added me on facebook and I saw how attractive his friends are (particularly the ones of the female variety).

Now, I've got pretty high self-esteem to begin with and don't think that I'm unattractive (I'd say I'm a little above average in the looks department) but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little intimidated. Physically, these girls are hot and they obviously get along well with him so its hard for me to understand why he would choose to pursue me.

How do I keep myself from asking myself, "Why did he choose me?"
The thought is new and it feels like it could escalate into something unhealthy if I don't deal with it now.

Its weird because I'm not jealous-- but I am intimidated.

a new conquest? some guys are like that and move from girls to girls to add to their score list. if not, sorry, you dont want to underestimate yourself...or him...but just in case.

Instead of saying why? say why not? You have a guy that is interested in you!, it's not always all about looks: personality and a good sense of humor, also having confidence in yourself can be a what he likes about you.
