Is it possible to search a Facebook group page without scrolling through it?

In others words, I don't want to press the END button and then CTRL + F after scrolling through hours of posts. Certain group pages are very populated and it can take hours to scroll through days worth of material. I need an App that can access a pages feed and return hits on certain keywords.
