How to market a new site?

I wanted to know how I could market it. Being a new company we don't much revenue as of yet. We are optimizing for the search engines, but what are some ideas other than that, that can be done on a low budget. We also would likes on our facebook, http://www.facebook.com/mydealcafe ,
We just post our deals on there and is the promote function any good on facebook?

make a fan page for fb
twitter page and google plus page and put the social networking icons on top or bottom of your site.
link the twiiter with fb means when ever some one tweeted on tweeter it shows on ur site.
make a linked in page
create a youtube page
do off page submission
do search engine submission

You can do social media marketing(SMM) for it on social networking sites like facebook, twitter, pinterest and many other are there on the internet.
