facebook app blocked from using my location for 2 days?????????

all i was trying to do was add my home to the location for facebook check in and it would not let me it kept saying "this location not allowed and i tryed 2 more times and then i got "you are blocked for up to 2 days from adding a place because it looks like you where misusing this feature" ??? how is trying to ass my home misusing it ?

Adding check in places to Facebook can be a hassle. Can take more than a month, so waiting 2 days isn't much of a set back.

Facebook doesn't know what you're trying to do, all they know is they said "not allowed" and you kept trying to do something "not allowed". When you keep trying to do something you're not allowed to do, it would look suspicious to anyone. You need to stop and find out why it's not allowed, not keep doing it.

One thing it could be is that checking in was not allowed on Facebook page under Update Page Info, where you have to check the box next to Show this map on your Page and enable check-ins and click Save Changes. https://www.facebook.com/help/374794869276912/
