If i were to "hire" an "assistant" how much should i pay them?

i do face painting and balloon modeling part time
and i dont get a change to take pictures of the designs i do at the events

so i though of "hiring" a friend or someone i know to take pictures

i have a job tomorrow and iam charging for 95 for 3 hr
it is a half hr drive away

if they come with me how much should i pay them?
if they have to make their own way there how much?

they wont be taking a million pictures of the party, just of the designs i do for my ideas book
maybe a few of the party if decide to make a Facebook page at some stage

also when i do stall work - public
and i ask someone to take the money and do some other small job eg show the children the book help pick a design.

how much would i pay them?
lets say i was working for 5 hrs and make 90

how much would i give my assistant

$8/hr plus $15/day car/gas fare
