Pictures with rainbows on twitter ?

Okay so idk if im late but in the past couple of days ive noticed that a few people had this little rainbow in the left lower corner of their display picture.
does anybody know what it stands for ? and how can i put it there ? lol i think its cute
like do i need photoshop or anything ?

Internet section. Oh and just because a section is suggested to you, doesn't necessarily mean it's the best section to put the question under. You might want to use photoshop to add things to your pictures though.
