Teenage love problem, please help? Need advice. Get too nervous?

Basically, I started talking to a girl, I'm 15 by the way, and I like her, she likes me. We are going to arrange to meet up, but I haven't ever met her before, we only talk on text and messenger apps, eg Facebook bbm etc and here's where my problem begins. I get really nervous around girls that I don't know much, that I like. The last girl I met that I fell in love with, I met up with her. However I was really scared and I crumbled around her, I was too nervous to even have a full on conversation with her and I never knew what too say, I wanted to give her hugs etc like I said on text but I just couldn't, nerves got the better of me, a month later this girl got bored and decided to start seeing somebody that was actually confident around her and it broke my heart, I like her a lot and it something I never want to experience again, so months later I find myself in the same position, but this time I don't want to need things up. We are going to meet up very soon, please give advice?

Tell her you are nervous and you really like her! No need to be scared, she is a human too, just pretend how many gross things she does when she is alone! We are all weird, if you are meeting up with her that you already very lucky, please don't be worried, breathe, make sure you are dressed well, etc.
