Instagram won't let me log in?

One day I just opened up the app and it crashed and took me to the log in screen so I put in my username and password but it comes up with an error banner that says "to secure your account, we have reset your password. Please tap forgot password and follow instructions to access your account." Okay so I did that but it wants my email but I can't remember what email I used so I tried both emails and nether of them worked so is there any way to get my account back? Please help!

That's never happened to me but I guess that someone could have hacked into it ...and put another password make sure you make another accounts
