How do I customize my Facebook profile page?

I looked it up on the internet and found out it is possible to do it through an application called "Facebook Expressions". However, I can't find it anymore; I can only find another called "Expressions Layouts" and it doesn't work. I tried to figure out how to do it through "plug ins" but I can't quite figure it out......I'm also wary of downloading a virus.

I also think that a lot of ways to customize a profile may not work anymore since I switched to the new upgrade for Facebook profiles recently.

Any suggestions on how to customize my Facebook profile page?

Google chrome has an extension called 'Beautify Facebook' (there are others probably just search for them) it allows you to customize your profile by adding background images and some other features

if you use Firefox, then there may be an add-on that may allow you to customize your FB page but you have to search for it in the add-ons list

I don't know about Safari, Opera, etc however if you are using Internet Explorer it is high time to migrate from that piece of shit that Microsoft insist that it is a Browser
