My life is so boring?

Seriously I have nothing to do..since I started new high school I've been bored every single day..I didn't really meet much new people because they are not my type of people, don't get me wrong they're ok, but just not like my friends that I used to hang out with. We liked to party, smoke weed and go to random parties, concerts and stuff, but I don't see them that much anymore and I feel really sad and lonely because I'm stuck with people that are not that fun and I feel like they don't even want to be friends with me too. All of them are from my class, I tried to talk to everyone of them, but it seems like I don't fit there (I don't livee in the US, all classes that I have are with the same people, I hope you get me ). I'd say that I would be rather alone then be with them, we don't have any interests that we share, literally nothing..Some of my friends that I used to hang out with are posting hundreds of pictures on facebook and instagram with other friends and pictures from parties, it makes me really depressed..I don't know what to do anymore, my life is so boring that the only person I hang out for the last 6 months is my mum..It's not a bad thing because me and my mum are really close but seriously I need some friends too, I just don't know where to find them here, because the people are all the same...Please don't tell me that they're not because they are..I didn't talk to all of them obviously, but my school is really small and people all know each other and they have some little cliques going on here and I don't think that I would want to be of fit to any of them lol. I don't want to become an antisocial or boring person, because of that, Last time I had a really great time with my friends was last summer and I miss that. I don't know if anyone can even help me but I tried..Thank you for your answers )

I guess it's time to make some internet friends.. Or if your friends live somewhat close, learn to drive so you can hang out more.
Pursue other interests, maybe get a job, eventually you'll meet more people you click with. People that party and smoke the ganja live pretty much everywhere I've been so far. Eventually, you'll find some fun people.
