Does Facebook or Google infringe on our privacy rights by dating mining?
I'm doing a debate and the topic is " Do web services (Google, Facebook, etc.) infringe on or jeopardize individual privacy rights by data-mining and distributing personal information to third parties?" I have to take the side that these sites don't infringe on privacy information but I'm having trouble finding information. I need factual information to help support my side. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Since it's come to my attention that information isn't normally public, just good reasoning is appreciated. Ads |

They only give information according to the terms that you AGREED to when you joined the site. Since you agreed, there is no infringement.
