I met this girl but didn't ask for her number?

So I met this girl at a job conference of some sort and we chatted a little and I find her quite sweet and unlike any girl I've come across and I've been sleepless thinking about her. I'm the sort of socially awkward person who doesnt initiate conversations with girls but I did anyway as she sat next to me out of the many other empty chairs. But I didn't have the guts to ask for her number and I have never asked a single girl for her number before. Ok, so now I'm filled with regret about it. I know her name but can't find her on facebook (dun judge pls ><). So now the only way I am ever able to contact her is if I ask the organiser of the conference through email to somehow get her to contact me for some reason but I can't think of a valid reason to ask the organiser. The organiser for sure as hell will not just give me her contact as it's some sort of a violation of privacy so I gotta think of some sort of excuse for the organiser to help me to contact her to get her to contact me. And I have to do it in a manner that will not jeopardise my relationship with the organiser as they may be of professional importance to me (it's a company). So please help me. >< I dun know what else to do...

Perhaps try Linkedin? It's like Facebook, except primarily for business networking, rather than social networking. If you know her name she might be on there.

Beyond that, you're probably out of luck unless you get stalkerish about it.
