Cant login to my laptop?

I only have one account and It says the user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. I tried to turn on safe mode and I did then I logged off and dont know how to get back on safe mode and now I cant even log on to my laptop any more and the software is windows 7. Please help

Hello Dorathy,

This issue can be resolved by following this guide here from Microsoft link below. I would highly recommended doing a data back up before doing anything. Also when dealing with the registry in windows please be careful, if you don't feel comfortable please take it to a local repair shop for further repairs. You will need to boot into safe mode, when turning on the computer hit "F8" to enter advance options, click on safe mode and then follow the guide from the link provided below. If you mess anything up in the registry you could cause windows to be inoperable so be careful!!

If anything you could create new user account and transfer data from old user account to new.
