Facebook automatic friend removal issue?

A friend told me facebook removed and blocked me from her facebook without warning or her knowledge.

Does or has facebook ever been known to remove people from people friends list and block them?

She is lying, she just deleted and blocked you but doesn't want to tell you why

i know that facebook has automatically deleted my friends but not sure if it blocks them- where that is quite possible

this has happened to me a few times i just loose friends who claim they didnt delete me
