What does it mean if someone comments on your photo and puts '#ig3'

look up the hashtag to see what sort of photos are there. Most people who post tags on your photos are trying to get you to notice the tag which is most likely associated with them. Either it's a feature account and they want people to start using their tag to get noticed or someone wants you to see their photos that they have under that tag. Im not completely sure but your photo isn't technically 'tagged' with this hashtag (meaning your photo will be found under this tag) if someone else put it on your photo. You have to actually tag it yourself for it to be found under this tag.
