You can get any top of the line android phone like Samsung Galaxy S4,LG G2,Nexus 5 etc. for instagram and videos.
But for reading the best one is LG VU 3 and it's also android so you can get instagram and it's got a nice big screen too Smile so best one is LG VU 3.
