Did his account get hacked?

A guy I'm friends with on Facebook had his current city changed to Vermont today, even though he wasn't online all day.

He has also had the day's horoscope posted a lot lately, something I thought was automatic.

As far as I know, that's the only information that has been changed.

Is this likely the result of a hacker?

If so, why only mess with small things like that?

He did change his password, so I'm hoping that'll be the end of it.

There are some applications that can post horoscope details at regular intervals on your timeline, it's automatic. But changing city is possible only when you are accessing your account. So it may be done by either him or any other person.
