If my cell-phone has wi-fi and I can visit websites like youtube, why doesn't the facebook app work?
I would think that if I have wi-fi I have internet and can therefore go on any website such as facebook if youtube,etc works....but is it just because I'm attempting to visit it thru the facebook app on my phone w/o a data plan?

would it work if I visited it via the browser on the phone? I know the windows live app on my phone doesn't work with wifi either, kinda stupid if you ask me!

If u have an Iphone like myself ur phone is probably not updated enough to have the facebook app so you have to update the app or the phone so it can work and if that doesnt work restart ur phone if that doesnt work delete the app then readd it and if THAT doesnt work no more facebook app or time for a new phone hope i helped:]
