Facebook friends box question?

My question is this......although I have not added or deleted any friends in
months from my Facebook page (which I only access if I have an email
stating someone messaged me etc.) I have noted that my friends order
changes in the friend's box itself.

Does this have anything to do with my profile being viewed by these
people or simply their own activity on Facebook moving them to first
in my friend's box ?

I do not want links to how I can see who viewed my profile as I am
fully aware most, if not all, are ploys to access information.....I just
am curious if the order change is that of viewing my profile or their
own activity. thanx
I have recieved the answer needed from a woman who can bend steel
with her bare hands..so no need for more responses unless you contest
her response or completely bored and want to respond for the sake of
doing something constructive :-)

Facebook just randomly picks 6, 9, or 12 friends ( whichever you chose)

There's no specific order or anything, just random.

You can make it so only specific friends show up by putting their names in the "always show " box
