Which phone is better the iphone 4 or the nokia lumia 820. also on the lumia 820 can I get apps such as snap chat and instagram?

Presently the iPhone 4 is more value for money than lumia 820. Apps and software quality are better. Although I personally use windows phone as I love the interface. If you want to go for window phone see the new lumia 720. It's cheaper and much better than 820.
