My instagram doen't let me follow people anymore?
So yesterday i went on instagram and followed around 30 people all under 10 minutes and now it won't let me follow anyone since yesterday. I've done this before but after an hour it'll let me follow people again. I tried everything . I redownloaded the app, i logged off i turn off my ipod etc. I dont know what to do anymore i . I press the follow but it turns green for a sec then turns back to blue. Please help?!?
