Will he be able to see my account after accidentally favouriting on twitter ?

Neither of us follow each other. The person is someone I used to know a while back but have lost contact with however i still don't want him to know it was me who accidentally favourited as people he knows are still in contact with me and it could look like it's something it's not.
I Unfavourited the tweet very quickly, changed my @username and made my account private, do you think he will still be able to see it was me and will the notification have my old @ name in it?
My @username didn't and still doesn't include my name, so he would have to click on my profile to see it was me.
Anyway will he be able to tell it was me? Will the notification include my old @username ? Do I need to keep my account on private incase he does find my account or will there be no chance now I've changed my username and such?

if you favorited his tweet and quickly unfavorited then he might've not even seen it or got the notification.

however changing your username and privatizing your account won't make him not see it (if it shows up), unfortunately. he will still be able to click on your username (your new one) and see your profile
