How do I un-update my facebook app for my iPod?

I updated my facebook app this morning at school and it says it's blocked because he school blocked facebook. I've done the same thing beefore where I un updated facebook by deleting the facebook app of my ipod and then syncing my ipod again. But this time I synced my ipod after I updated the facebook app. So I need to know how to "un-update" a different way.

I'm sorry, but once you update an app, unless you have EPIC hacking & jailbreaking skills, then you can't, quote, "un-update" your facebook app.
