How to activate a Facebook banner on a group page?

I have a little problem on my group page heres my group page

I wish to create a banner on the page, something like on the Lady GaGa group page [Music Tab]
Does anyone know how to do so?

OK there are 2 different sorts of "Facebook Banners":
A) the one you create through the 5 small tagged boxes, ultimately creating a "banner".
B) or actually designing a banner or graphic and creating a custom FBML tab, inserting it there.

For A, you would need to go to http://glbanners.com/ and find a Facebook Banner you like, automatically upload to your profile page, or save each small image box and upload/tag your LIKE/Group/Fan page manually. For B, it's self explanatory.
