How to delete a question?

HOW can I delete the question I asked to someone else THAT IS ALREADY ANSWERED?

Someone used my ask.fm to ask a question with my Twitter name in it. I shame me for it, and I even didn't do it!?

On your keyboard select the delete button. If it doesn't work press the shift key 5 times and enable sticky keys. Once enabled press delete. Then up down up down left right left right

Go to the action bar below the question.

Go to Edit, and in the drop-down menu, click Delete Question.

But you have to do this when the question is open. The question can't be deleted if it is resolved or in voting.
