What does hashtag(#) mean?
I don't get it.
Yesterday, I was talking about something, and a guy near me said to me "Hashtag- why" does that mean whatever you're talking about, why?

So if you say something like "come back! # I miss you" is it grouping the whole thing together?

Yeah your suppose to group the word together. What it mainly states is what is important throughout the passage or the paragraph from what ever was being stated.
