What is going on in his mind?

So this guy have been staring at me since like 2011 when I used to go to college. Everytime he would see me over there he would stare at me and once he bumped into me and gave me a way like you let a princess or queen go first and his Friends teased him. So after a year his and my family became really good freind and we happened to start going to their house and occasions..he stared at me over there too and when I was at his bro wedding he teased me couple times saying that i care so much about my figure and eat less.

he even touched me front of my mom and i have indian parents and it takes so much guts to touch someones daughter lol.. He put his one arm around my waist and other on my arm and told me to get those bangles his family was giving. he put his arms around me for like 10 second.
and after the wedding was over, I added him on FB and waited for 5 days for him to send a msg but he didnot and then i deactivated since i just activated to talk to him.
so my question is if a guy likes a girl would not he will talk to her, if she add him on fb?

but also his grandpa passed away too so i know he might be sad and really busy since he has no dad and he handle everything at home and works so much and go to school too.

I dont know I miss him and wanna talk to him but i dont wanna send him msg, i feel if he care he would talk to me but he did not. and i really miss him, i never thought i would fell in love with him but i did. and now i miss him and not ever sure if he has gf, but if he had gf why would he treat me like this?

I dont kow what to do, I really miss him and i see no way telling him, Should i reactivate my facebook again but then i keep waiting on fb to send me a msgs and i feel so sad...

Maybe i should move on.

so does that means he does not like me since he never tried to talk to me on fb, i know he is not very active over there but he accepted my freind req within 2 hours?

he seems a type of guy who does not run after girls, Like I have never seen him looking at other girls and he is always busy taking care of things. So i know he is not a flirt. His life is mostly about providing his family like mom , grandma and stuff. So i dont know, maybe he just likes to stare at me and has no strings attached to me, But i feel so connected to him and his whole fam.

Swallow your pride and send him a message on Facebook. It's not a big deal. See if he actually wants to have a healthy relationship with you or he just is attracted to you appearance-wise.
