uploading to Facebook wall?

I figure it out. When i try posting a photo on Facebook wall, like i said, it want opening to upload, but apparently, hitting the reload button on the browser i got it going, So why does it do that. want open the window at first but reload the browser it will. (Create Photo Album) i have no problem with it, it just (Upload Photo/ Video), keep massing with it, it will finally open why is that. i use to be just fine.
