How do people create sites like facebook and myspace, or how can you create company's like Virgin airways, starbucks or clothing shops like zara or next ?

Of course everyone wants to become a billionaire but you need money to start these things.

Also i would like to know can you buy into gold and then sell your share for like 15 or 20 million pounds if the market goes up, Thanks ?
