Buying and selling shoes?
If someone on a facebook buying and selling sneaker page offers to sell shoes through paypal and i pay him and he never sends the shoes what can happen to him?

That happened to me, it took 3 years to get my credit back, the merchant actually gave me $10 extra for not sending me my package, but Paypal FROZE my account. I was one of those people that did a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT on Paypal!

I refuse to buy/sell anything if I'm using PP. That's a 3rd party payment and I can do just that by using my Credit Card. They can also help you, next statement, if I have a dispute.
