what is the best lead generation tactic?
There is a few lead generation techniques: telemarketing, email marketing, twitter campaigns, blog generated traffic, micro-sites. What is the best tactic to generate new high valuated leeds?

People have built multi million dollar companies around this question.

The short answer is that it is a moving target, dependant upon what you are selling and your relationship with your existing clients. Any of the wizard internet marketers would say to you the fastest and easiest way to build a community around your site is through affiliate marketing.

If you go to (say) Commission Junction ~ the windows of possibility may open for you. there are other places to go; yet these people have been in the game longer than most.

The best lead generation tactic for me is to start with a blog. You can post in it articles of your interest and then promote them on Twitter. Promoting on twitter will need some researches using twitter tools. Some of them are listed http://www.blogsome.eu. With researching tools you can find peoples who are talking using your key words. They can potentially be interested in information you re writing on your blog. You can follow this people and try to make from them yours followers. The more followers you have the more traffic will flow to your blog. Once you got enough traffic on your blog you can start promoting your real website by writing articles and branding yourself as an expert. Articles can be followed with an webbinar, tutorial guide. In between your article and it's extension you can put a form to grab your readers details like email and his opt in permission to send him for example a newsletter. Then you can start your lead nurturing program and educate your future customer about your services and products. For such things you can build even a well branded micro-site. I'm using this tactic for my company and have a great conversion rate from lead to win about 70%. For me this is my best lead generation tactic.

I have tried and tested this for years. The only true quality leed is one that has purchased something from you.

You can offer digital items using the $7 dollar secret script to collect paying leeds.

Another way is to collect leeds from advertising a free product. Then offer the list products for a very affordable price. Put all buyers on to a seperate list.

There are so many ways to generate leads that it really depends on the market you are aiming to serve.

If you are mainly interested in easily and immediately generating leads from the Internet, with no pay-per-click expenses, you should check out the demo available at: http://www.LeadGenSoftware.com

The best source of leads depends on your target market. You should first research your target market in terms of where they gather and discus topics related to their industry. For example, you may want to try typing in an industry keyword along with 'forum' and see if there are any popular forums in your market.

Then, read through the posts and see what they are talking about.

Post helpful articles on the forum, and then 'softly' put a link to your 'Lead Generation' page at the bottom of your article. BUT, your article must answer a question and/or provide a solution. You do not want to be blatant about posting a link to your website because you will tarnish your image. You want to build your image as an expert in your field, and you do this by helping people in your target market.

After you have posted answers and solutions, and you have a good feel for 'what your target market 'wants', write a short report and offer it as a lead generator on your website. Or offer it as a mini course.

Then, test small PPC campaign.

Write articles, create little videos, and post them to article and video directories.

Be sure you website has content as well. A blog is a good tool.

Write press releases and submit them online and offline.

You may want to research trade journals and direct mail lists as well and test a direct mail campaign.

In terms of lead generation, there is not best way until you understand what your market wants, and where to target them. Once you figure that out, your job is easier.

Word-of-mouth has always been the best lead-generator. Have everyone you know help you to spread the word about your business..
