Instagram not working?

Instagram not working?
Yesterday when I was on instagram it said that it couldn't refresh feed, so I uninstalled and then installed again. Now I can't even log into instagram. Does anyone else have this problem?? Is it true that the storms in Virginia are the problem? How long will it be down? thanks.

Yes, it is true that the storms in Virginia were the cause of Instagram not working for anyone. Instagram posted a tweet about this on their Twitter. It is impossible to know when they will have their web server up and running.
