\facebook group ownership rights?

basically i own a group on facebook its for a company but the company is now under new management and wants the group, so i was wondering if:

i can sell it to them (but then i thought is it really mine to sell or facebooks)
or do i have the right to keep the group in my name
otherwise i just give it to them, (im only being a pain because the new managment fired every one )
so i cant sell it im nto ging to but do i still have the rights to own it
