how do i use instagram?

so i want to change my profile picture on facebook with instagram effects. how do i do that without posting the photo on my facebook wall, just upload it as my profile picture? thanks

You can save your instagram photo onto your computer and then upload it straight to your profile pictures.

So as instagram is on your phone, you save that photo you want and sync/bluetooth it to your computer, save it on your computer then upload to facebook.
