Hello,
Since your recover your NB and nothing changed maybe if you have a faulty Hard Drive. Check it with a embedded Diagnostics (you press either the esc button or f12 the moment you boot) and if your HDD is a problem you write down a code that produces we give it to Dell. If not in Warranty replace your HDD and re-install windows or go to a computer technician.

Hi Amit Singh,

I am Kaveri from the Dell Social Media Outreach team.

To isolate the issue between hardware & software, run hardware diagnostics. If all tests are passed, it confirms that the issue is not with hardware on the computer.

- Press the power button to turn on the system
- Press F12 repeatedly or Fn+power until you see boot menu
- Select diagnostic

and wait for the test to complete . In case you get any error please make a note of it. Otherwise it is a software issue.

If you have already reinstalled operating system, Kindly follow the steps below for system slow issue.

1.Optimize the whole disk with Disk Defragmenter and clear the Windows cache files in Internet options>General tab>Delete Files under Temporary Internet Files>Delete all offline content.
2.Check the start-up items to see if a service or start-up program is causing the slowness. Thus attempt to make a clean boot to check if this issue disappear.
3.Locate which processes take up the most resources with process explorer and then kill them.
4.Run a manufactures hard drive tester to see if there are corrupt sectors, etc. and run windows memory diagnostic tool by typing mdsched in run.

In case of any further assistance Please feel free to contact me directly by sending a reply to this blog.
We would recommend you do not post your private information on a public forum.

Thanks & Regards
KaveriD
