Any cheap yet decent phones that allow me to download these apps?

I'd like a two sided camera
Instagram
Games like temple run, candy crush, fruit ninja, 4 pics one word etc.
BBM- possibly?

However as I already have a phone on contract i'd like it to be fairly cheap... around 60-100 pounds. Any phones within this price range that are good/decent quality?

Also if I had this phone on pay-as-you go how much internet use age would the apps cost?

Only one of these doesn't have a front facing camera. The games you mentioned will run on any phone similar to the iPhone 3GS as they have low specifications. The phones mentioned have decent CPUs and RAM but don't expect too much from a budget phone in that price range. Your best bet for gaming would be the Lumia. None of the games you mentioned will cause you to go over your data usage after you've downloaded them but make sure to download on WiFi otherwise you will go over your download limit for Temple Run.
