Trouble logging into facebook account?

trying to help my mother in law here. She has two facebook accounts. One is her personal account and another she set up for facebook games. Both have their own email address linked to the account.
She's having trouble getting into her personal account but can get into her game account. When she logs out of her game account and then puts in the email and password for her personal account it then opens up her game account again... very strange.
Has anyone had a similar issue and/or can anyone suggest anything we can try.
So far we've tried:
*Logging in on another computer
*Deleting cookies and cache
*Using different web browsers to log in
*restarting the computer

Any help ASAP would be greatly appreciated.
to answer the first post yes there are different emails for each account.
She is trying to log in with the email for her Personal account but when it opens after entering her details it comes up with her other account - the game account.
Its as if her game account is frozen and wont log off properly for her to be able to get into the other account.

You can't use same email for both the accounts but u have mentioned both accounts have their own separate email accounts linked with them.. anyways its impossible...
try to elaborate more... i hope email accounts are different for both the facebook accounts right?
maybe ask u when she logs into game account then change her email from accounts settings..

When she logs out of her games account, then close your browser, open it again and try and log into facebook with her personal account.
