Just got a new iphone 4......?

Okay so i JUSTgot this iphone yesterday. The camera will not turn on (the shutter thing wont open, and when it does its a black screen), and my phone will not vibrate. Even any apps related to the camera (instagram, flashlight, etc) wont work. Will they send my phone in or will they give me a new one?

I would take it into a ATT store, or Verizon or whatever and see about getting it replaced.

If this a brand new iPhone 4, then yes they will definitely do something about that.
If this is a new to you iPhone 4, then may not.

try a restore.
if you have a warranty and their is no water damage and never jailbroke,apple will replace it with a refurbished iphone 4.
